Sheepshead are popular fish off Naples and Marco Island. Though they only reach 10 or 15 pounds, and they're a little tricky to snag on the hook, the excellent flavor makes it all worthwhile. Nassau Grouper are caught not too far from shore and weigh in around 10 pounds. They taste terrific! While they've been overfished in some areas, Captain Zeke will let you know if it's a good time to reel them in and pull them up from the ocean.

Mangrove Snapper also grow to about 10 pounds, and you'll catch them near the shore or in the shallow channels up and down the South Florida coast. As their name implies, they're often hiding around the mangrove roots. They're plentiful all year long, and they taste delicious.

Barracuda are strictly a sportsman's fish. They're not very good to eat. But if you want to get a real fighting fish on your hook, snag a barracuda and hang on tight. These bad boys will reach 60 pounds off the coast of Naples, and it's all strong, solid muscle. They're fast, they're mean, and they're an awful lot of fun to catch. Reel 'em in, take a few photos, throw 'em back, then throw your line back in the water and catch some more fish, because these hunters go where the fish go.

Cobia are plentiful from September through the end of the year. In the Gulf of Mexico off the coastline around Naples and Marco Island, they get up to around 60 pounds. And cobia is a very tasty fish.
